John J. O'Toole, Jr.

John J. O'Toole Jr, age 81 of New Providence , PA passed away peacefully at home on Saturday July 24, 2021. John was the Son of John J. O'toole and Laura O'Toole (Hughes) he was preceded in death by his Sister Kathleen O'toole (Gunn).

John was survived by; his Wife Nancy O'Toole (Snyder) ; his children Daniel O'Toole North Carolina, Jill wife of Geoffrey Welch of Pequea, Michael O'Toole of Philadelphia. Grandchildren; Wyatt, Anna, David, Lauren , Geoffrey Jr and Sister Eileen O'Toole of Philadelphia and many Nieces and Nephews.

John was born in Philadelphia PA and was a Graduate of both Ascension of our Lord in Kensington and North Catholic High School. John was also in the Army and served as an administrative specialist IBM.

He was an active member of St. Catherine of Siena Church and was very active in the AA Community and had achieved 39 years of sobriety. He loved the Philadelphia Phillies , Eagles and a was fan of Notre Dame football. John was also and avid reader, loved old movies, Frank Sinatra and his beloved dog Blu. He was loved by many.

A Memorial Mass will take place at St. Catherine of Siena Church at 955 Robert Fulton Highway , Quarryville PA 17566 of Friday July 30,2021 at 11 a.m with Father Mark Spietel as celebrant. There will be a time to greet the family from 10:30 until time of service.
