John B. Esch, age 64 of 130 Cinder Road, New Providence, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2025 at his home.  He was the husband of Malinda E. Stoltzfus Esch.  Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Jacob S. and Arie Blank Esch.  John was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.  Surviving besides his wife are 11 children; Lizzie S. wife of Christian K. Fisher of Cochranville, Leroy S. husband of Malinda E. Fisher Esch of Cadiz, KY, Samuel S. husband of Emma Y. Fisher Esch of Cochranville, Arie K. wife of Solomon B. Fisher of Myerstown, Saloma F. Esch at home, John B. Jr. husband of Rachel K. Lapp Esch of New Providence, Katie K. wife of Benuel E. Blank of Delta, Jacob S. Esch at home, Rueben S. husband of Fannie Glick Esch of New Providence, Kore S. Esch and David S. Esch, both at home, 33 grandchildren, and 13 siblings; David B. husband of Lizzie Beiler Esch of New Providence, Fannie B. wife of Isaac Stoltzfus of Cuba City, WI, Paul B. husband of Elizabeth Beiler Esch of Hartville, MO, Jacob S. Jr. husband of Lizzie Zook Esch of Allenwood, Anna B. wife of John Stoltzfus of Cerulean, KY, Malinda B. wife of John King of Peach Bottom, Miriam B. wife of Daniel King of Oxford, Mary B. wife of Stephen King of New Providence, Elmer B. husband of Malinda Esh Esch of Cadiz, KY, Benjamin T. husband of Miriam Zook Esch of New Providence, Lydia B. wife of Jacob Fisher of Oxford, Arie B. wife of Benuel Stoltzfoos of Delta and Amanda B. wife of Daniel Stoltzfus of Kirkwood.  He was preceded in death by a stillborn son, stillborn daughter, Sylvia Esch and a brother; Elam M. late husband of Annie Stoltzfus Esch of New Providence.  Funeral service will take place from the late home, 130 Cinder Road, New Providence, TODAY, Monday, July 28th at 9 a.m. EST.  Interment will be in the Bunker Hill Amish Cemetery.
