Joanne E. Walls

Joanne E. Walls, age 85 of Quarryville, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. She was the wife of the late Cecil Walls. She was born in Nottingham daughter of the late Lillard E. and Edith M. Gentry Daye. She was a member of Eastland Friends Church. She enjoyed her outdoor flowers and time spent with family. She is survived by a son Richard W. (Wanda) Walls of Lancaster, two granddaughters: Joline wife of Michael Ross of Lancaster, and Veronica companion of Shawn Gilbert of Quarryville, and 2 great grandchildren. Nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. She was preceded in death by a brother, Jesse E. Daye.

Funeral services will be held at Reynolds & Shivery Funeral Home, 144 East State Street, Quarryville, PA on Saturday, May 2nd at 11:00 am with Pastor Blake Deibler officiating.  Interment will follow in Eastland Friends Burial Ground.
