Joan Anne Raynor, 79, of Peach Bottom Road, Peach Bottom, PA died Monday, February 10, 2014 at her residence.Born in Coram, New York, she was the daughter of the late Christian Nicholas Rudolph and Annie Marie Lyon Wittschack.
Joan attended Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church.She was a retired census recorder for the I.R.S. Census Records Office in Holtsville, NY.
She is survived by three children, George C. Albin, Debra wife of J.R. Rodgers, Linda wife of John Schaal, all of Peach Bottom; 6 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
