Jennifer Carpenter

Jennifer Willwerth Carpenter, age 46, of New Holland, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at home, surrounded by loved ones. She was the wife of James Carpenter.

Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of Doug and step-mother Deborah Willwerth. She was a homemaker and homeschool teacher for 22 years. She was a member of Petra Church in New Holland. Jenn served as a volunteer EMT in New Holland for many years. Her heart was for giving and serving. She enjoyed hosting or catering large meals and taught cooking classes at her co-op. She had an adventurous spirit and loved making memories. Jenn would always research their next adventure and Jim was right there with her. Most of all, she cherished her family and time with her kids, especially her most recent trip to the Bible Museum in Washington, D.C.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are seven children: Mia, Ava, Olivia, Erik, and Hannah Porsche; Sarah (Andre) Smucker; and Susan (Kevin) Piersol; two stepdaughters, Erica and Jessica Carpenter; two grandchildren; and three siblings: Mark (Courtney) Willwerth, Adam (Lacey) Walker, and Andy (Kimmi) Walker.

She was preceded in death by a son, Noah Alexander Porsche; two daughters, Emma Sophia and Ella Chloe Carpenter; and a sister, April.

A funeral service will be held at Petra Church, 565 Airport Rd., New Holland, PA 17557, on Monday, December 29, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., with a viewing from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service. Private interment will take place in Petra Memorial Park.
