James R. Sheets, 69, of Nottingham, PA, died at home, Tuesday, November 11, 2014.Mr. Sheets was born in West Jefferson, NC, a son of the late Quincy Rudd Sheets and Blanche Pennington Sheets DeBeneditto.
Jim was a professional truck driver.He retired in 2001 from C & C Carriage Mushroom Company in Avondale, PA.
Jim enjoyed camping, fishing, block shoots, playing cards, working on mowers and collecting coins.
Jim is survived by his wife Georgia A. Cox Sheets with whom he shared 20 years of marriage, 1 son, James Sheets, Jr and daughter Michelle Sheets both of DE, 2 step sons, Charles Chambers, Oxford, PA, John Wiley, PA, brother, John DeBeneditto, Pequea, sister, Carol J. Temple, Nottingham, sister-in-law, Ann DeBeneditto, 2 nieces, Devan and Emily DeBeneditto, nephew, Roger Temple, 3 step grandchildren, Hope, Brandon Wiley, and Vance Chambers.
At Jim's request there will be no services.
