James D. Houck, age 42 of Quarryville, passed away on Friday, July 14, 2023 at his home.  He was happily married to Roni Houck.  Born in Lancaster, he was the son of William and Cheryl Reimold Sweigart of Strasburg.  He was employed through Clark Associates.  Jim loved Rock music, 80's and 90's nostalgia, collecting things, Nintendo video games, movies, sports, fantasy football, and he was an avid Cowboys fan.  Surviving besides his wife and parents are 4 children; Cheyenne, Austin, Ava, and Grayson Houck, all at home, and 2 siblings; Krissy, wife of Kyle Hammond of Paradise, and William Sweigart, Jr. of Strasburg.

A celebration of life service will be held at the convenience of the family.
