James D. Holdaway, 47, of Quarryville and formerly of Peach Bottom, PA,was taken by cancer on October 22, 2018. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Amy (Adams), his daughter Peyton Adams-Holdaway both at home.Also surviving is his son James Jr., mother, MargyLatham of Nottingham, siblings, Kathy Morris, Connie Perger and John Holdaway. Jim is predeceased by his father David Holdaway and by stepfather William Latham.
Jimmy worked as a concrete technician at Bleacher Concrete Services. Jim was a motorcycle enthusiast but disliked the hours spent working on his Harley Davidson. He was a history buff and enjoyed being with his loving family and friends.
Jim was that special person that you don't come across very often we will miss his smile, his jokes, his stories, his help, his loyalty, his presence and his love.
In respect of Jim's wishes, there will be no services.
