Jackie L. Rayhorn Petrey, age 76 of Lancaster, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2026 at Lancaster General Hospital.  She was the wife of the late Edward Rayhorn and the late Chris Petrey.  Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Mac and Ethel Fritz Willard.  She was always up for a fun activity. She went to numerous outdoor concerts and blues fests. She enjoyed going to Landis Valley Farms, Native American Heritage fests, Dutch Apple, Sight & Sound American Music Theater and The Fulton Opera House. She loved to bowl, and participated in bowling competitions with Special Olympics, winning many blue & red Ribbons. Jackie also was very active in therapeutic horseback riding, at Greystone Manor, proudly displaying years of ribbons, and talking about her love for certain horses she'd ridden. Traveling was one of her most enjoyable activities, going on trips with Guided Tours to Disney World, Branson Missouri and Graceland. She went to a few different summer camps including Black Rock Retreat and others. She loved to go in the swimming pool at her apartment, and often played ball and was eager to learn to float on her back, and do walking "laps". She enjoyed cooking, making cookies and cakes, playing games, reading her braille bible and listening to books on her scanner. She borrowed braille books from the library, such as the entire Harry Potter series. She was an amazing person. She was almost always up for fun activities. After her stroke, she resided at Conestoga View. She had such a great sense of humor, and an amazing memory.  She will be lovingly missed by her sister-in-law Joyce E. Willard of Quarryville, her 3 nephews; David Willard of Holtwood, Douglas, husband of Tammy Groff Willard of Willow Street and Danny Willard of Quarryville and her dear friend, Kathy Seiverd.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert J. "Bob" Willard and 2 nephews, Dennis and Donald Willard.  Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
