Herbert Ray Sheets

Herbert Ray Sheets, Jr. 56, of Strasburg, passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, February 26, 2018.Born in Lancaster he was the son of Herbert Ray Sheets, Sr. and the late Ella Jennings Sheets.
He attended Solanco High School and earned his GED. Herb worked as a lead yardman at North American Pipe Corporation located in Leola.He was a devoted employee and was liked by all.In his free time he loved watching NASCAR, hunting and fishing, and being with his two precious granddaughters. He also enjoyed helping others and had a huge heart.
In addition to his lovingwife Connie, Herb is survived by his daughter, Amanda Marie, and his two precious granddaughters Lilly Mae and Autumn Laurel Becker of Hershey; his sisters, Barb Wright of Peach Bottom and Ella Jamison of Lancaster; and many nieces and nephews.He is also survived by his mother-in-law Harriet A. Spayd of Lititz.
