Helen M. "Dell" Haywood

Helen M. "Dell" Haywood, age 84, passed away at the Spring Mill Senior Living Center on Monday, June 3, 2024.  She was the wife of the late Michael Haywood and the late companion of Bud Bauer.  She was born in Philadelphia, daughter of the late William & Helen Fink Marlin.  She graduated from North Carolina State College with a Bachelors Degree.  Dell worked in the furniture sales departments of This End Up, Bloomingdales and Sears.  She enjoyed playing tennis, traveling especially to Florida and entertaining.  Surviving is a granddaughter Meaghan and a great grandson Harlan and great granddaughter Mya.   She was preceded in death by 2 children: Gregory Haywood and Dawn Haywood Brick, 4 siblings:  Edith M Whitfield, Steve Marlin, Joyce Zech and William Marlin.

A memorial service will take place at Calvary Chapel, 217 Dowlin Forge Road, Exton, PA, on Saturday, June 15th, at 11 a.m., with at time to greet the family from 10 a.m. until time of service.
