Harvey C. Rodgers, 91, of Quarryville, died Friday, December 4, 2015 at Harrison Senior Living in Christiana, PA. He was born in Christiana, a son of the late Samuel Charles and Esther May Virtue Rodgers and was the husband of the late Irma June Phenegar Rodgers.
Harvey was both a farmer and a feedmill operator for Agway for 30 years. He enjoyed dancing and going hunting.
He is survived by his companion Doris E. Worth of Quarryville; and a sister Donna Jean wife of Lewis Simmons of Myerstown; and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Reynolds Funeral & Cremation Services, 144 East State Street, Quarryville, PA on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 1:00PM with Pastor Beth Engle officiating. Inurnment will follow in Middle Octorara Presbyterian Cemetery.A visitation will be held from 12:00 Noon until the time of service.
