Harold Gregory "Greg" Long, age 69 of Drumore, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2024 at his home.  Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Arthur Raymond and Gloria May Kissinger Long.  Greg started his own paving company in the 80's.  He was a hot rod enthusiast, and he loved running heavy equipment, spending time in Bedford County and being on the farm.  Surviving are 3 children; Jennifer, wife of Chris Costigan of Quarryville, Steven, husband of Donna Long of Drumore, Amanda, wife of Ryan Gochenaur of Drumore, 6 grandchildren, 5 siblings; Fred, husband of Kasey Long of Lancaster and the late Brenda Long, Gary, husband of Margie Long of Quarryville, Scott, husband of Tammy Long of Drumore, Bill, husband of Joanne Long of Peach Bottom, Donna Yarnall, companion of Jim McDowell of Quarryville, and wife of the late Gus Yarnall, and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by a grandson, Eric Long, and a niece, Kelly Long.

A funeral service will take place at Reynolds & Shivery Funeral Home, 144 East State Street, Quarryville, on Tuesday, September 17th at 5 p.m. with a visitation time from 4 p.m. until the time of service.  Pastor R. Blake Deibler will be officiating.  Interment will be in the Chestnut Level Presbyterian Cemetery.
