G. Kent "Feedman" Ressler

G. Kent "Feedman" Ressler, age 67 of Ronks, passed away on Monday, November 25, 2024 at the Lancaster General Hospital.  He was the husband of Debra A. Pike Ressler for 37 years before her passing on November 4, 2014.  Born in Paradise, he was the son of the late Gordon B. and Ruth A. Wenger Ressler. Kent graduated from Pequea Valley high school. He began his truck driving career working at his parent's business "Paradise Supply." He held several truck driving jobs with various companies and also was an owner operator. He finished his career at High Steel Structures  with over 20 years of service.  In his free time, Kent loved spending time at the family cabin in Morris, PA. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycle with his late wife. He also enjoyed visiting with family and friends.  Surviving are 2 children; Jennifer L., wife of Richard Kane of Lititz and Eric G., husband of Jessica Ressler of Willow Street, 7 grandchildren, Alli and Patrick Kane, Parker Ressler, Masyn, Karsyn, Dalsyn and Austin Jones, 2 great-granddaughters, Wynonna and Paislee, and a sister, Debra J. Fisher of Leola.  A funeral service will take place at St. John's United Methodist Church, 3001 Lincoln Highway East, Paradise, on Tuesday, December 3rd at 11 a.m. with a viewing from 10 a.m. until the time of service.  There will also be a viewing on Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Shivery Funeral Home, 3214 Lincoln Highway East, Paradise.  Interment will be in the adjoining church cemetery.
