Obituary

Frank W. Wallace, Jr., age 74, of Christiana, passed away at his home on Thursday, January 2, 2025.   He was the husband of Angela S. Shivery Wallace with whom he celebrated  37 years of marriage on May 30th.  He was born Lancaster, son of the late Frank Wallace, Sr. & Clara E. "Toot" Yost Wallace Petit de Mange. He worked for Hall's Paving for 26 years.  He enjoyed hunting, going to the mountains and the beach, riding motorcycle and taking care of his lawn and flower beds.  He was a life member of the NRA, Christiana American Legion, Gap V.F.W., Rocky Elk Foundation and the PA Bow Hunters Assoc. and several area sportsman clubs.  He served his country in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War.  Surviving besides his wife is a daughter Christine wife of Greg Sellers, 3 grandchilden: Hannah Sellers fiancée of Jahvier Howard-Ross, Nathan and Matthew Sellers, 1 great granddaughter Sarai Howard-Ross, 5 siblings:  Donald E. husband of Denise Daily Wallace of Parkesburg, Linda J. wife of William Seilski of Atglen, Kenneth E. husband of Linda Barron Wallace of Lancaster, Diane L. wife of Richard Vandyke of Sadsburyville, William E. husband of Tonja Mellinger Wallace of Oxford. There will be a celebration of life service at Chantry Place, 15 North Bridge Street, Christiana, PA on  Sunday, January 5th at 3 p.m., with a casual greeting and viewing time from 1:30 p.m. until time of service.  Private interment will take place in the Pequea Presbyterian Cemetery.
