Frank C. Handel, 59 of Nottingham, PA, died Monday, August 19, 2019. Following graduating from Millersville University, Frank had worked as an OSHA Safety engineer, most recently at Peach Bottom Nuclear Power Plant.He enjoyed writing music, and was a professional bass fisherman.He had proudly served in the US Marine Corp.Born in Lancaster, PA, he was the son of Evelyn R. Handel, New Holland,PA, and the late Fred C. Handel.In addition to his mother, he is survived by 4 siblings, Doyle Welk, Darrell Welk, John Handel, and Catherine Hughes.He was predeceased by a son, Josh Handel, and a brother James S. Handel.
