Eleanor I. Reinhart

Eleanor I. Reinhart, 96, formerly of Strasburg, died Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Conestoga View where she was residing.Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late John L. and Dorothy E. Adams Balmer.She was the widow of Martin F. Reinhart who died in 1967.
Eleanor retired from the former RCA Company as an assembler after 30 years of employment.
Her hobbies included knitting, puzzles, crosswords, solitaire, going bowling, crocheting, traveling, especially on mystery trips, and having family dinners.
She is survived by 4 children, John Reinhart of Strasburg, Samuel (Faye) Reinhart of Kirkwood, Dorothy Snyder of Strasburg, Michael Reinhart of Strasburg; 15 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; and a daughter in law Beth Reinhart of Strasburg.
Eleanor was preceded in death by a son Martin F. "Marty" Reinhart, Jr. and a brother Robert Balmer.
Two funeral services will be held. The first at Conestoga View Chapel, 900 East King Street, Lancaster, PA on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 2:30PM with a viewing from 2:00 PM until the time of service. The second will be held at Smithville Church of God, 595 Pennsy Road, New Providence, PA on Thursday, January 5, 2017 at 10:00AM with a viewing from 9:00AM until the time of service.Interment will follow in Smithville Church of God Cemetery.Kindly omit flowers.Contributions may be made in Mrs. Reinhart's memory to Hospice and Community Care, P.O.
