E. Marie Eager

E. Marie Eager, 72, of River Road, Drumore, died Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Hospice and Community Care, Mt. Joy, PA surrounded by her family. She and her husband George F. Eager, Jr., celebrated 53 years of marriage.
Marie was born in Paradise, a daughter of the late Alfred and Edith V. Rice Mowrer. A homemaker, she was a former scorekeeper for little league baseball for 18 years, enjoyed Sunday fishing excursions, and hauling Amish.
Surviving beside her husband are 5 sons, George "Spark" (Jelethia) Eager, III, Gerald (Lynn) Eager, Greg (Melissa) Eager, Richard (Darlene) Eager, Garrod "Worm" Eager; 9 grandchildren, Erin Eager Goe, Morgan Eager, Chelsea Eager, Anthony Eager, Adrienne Eager, Clayton Eager, Remington Tshudy, Tucker Tshudy, Trishia Mayberry; and a great grandchild Lane Taluba.
Marie was preceded in death by 4 siblings, Everett Mowrer, Paul Mowrer, Timmothy Mowrer, and Faye Mowrer Good.
Funeral services will be held at Chestnut Level Presbyterian Church, 1068 Chestnut Level Road, Quarryville, PA on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 11:00AM with Pastors Michael R. Wilson and Dwight Lefever officiating.Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery.Viewings will be held at Reynolds Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., 144 East Stat Street, Quarryville, PA on Monday, Jan. 5, 2015 from 6:30-8:30PM and from 10:00AM until the time of service at the church on Tuesday.
