Dorothy J. Tout, 84, of Lancaster PA, formerly of Quarryville, PA, passed away on March 8, 2016.She was the wife of the late Arthur E. Tout, Jr., who passed away in 1998.
Born in Quarryville PA, a daughter of the late Willis C. and Edith M. Lefever Zander.
Dorothy had worked as a secretary for the Clayton Shenk Tune-Up shop in Millersville, retiring in 1981.She had also worked for 25 years at Jerry's Dress Shop, Lancaster, retiring in 1989.
Dorothy is survived by 3 children; Arthur Tout, III (Margaret), Holtwood, Michael A. Tout, Holtwood, Cindy Tout (Earl), Cahone, CO, 2 granddaughters; Jennifer Tout and Jessica Tout(Paul), a great granddaughter, Melody, 2 sisters; Elnora Doulin (Ben), Willow Street, and Anna Wagner (Kim), Quarryville.
Funeral services will be held at Reynolds Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc., 144 East State Street, Quarryville, on Friday, March 11, 2016, at 2:00 PM.Interment will be in the Zion United Church of Christ Cemetery, Strasburg.A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service Friday from 1-2:00 PM.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice and Community Care, PO Box 4125, Lancaster, PA, or Zion United Church of Christ, Strasburg, PA. www.reynoldsfuneralhome.net.
