Dorothy R. Kauffman, 83, of Quarryville PA, passed away on September 7, 2015.She was the widow of the lateof Jay A.Kauffman, who passed awayin 1997.
Dorothy had been employed as a seamstress for the former Tidy Products, Quarryville, PA, and also in the house keeping department at Historic Strasburg.
She was a member of Memorial Methodist Church, Quarryville.
Dorothy enjoyed hunting, fishing, quiz shows, and her dogs.
She was born in Quarryville PA, a daughter of the late C. Edwin and Ella Groff Frackman.
She is survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her sister Shirley G. Stoltzfus.
Funeral services will be at Reynolds Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. 144 East State Street, Quarryville, PAon Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 2:00 PM. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.Burial will be in the Quarryville Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice and Community Care, Lancaster, PA, or the Humane League of Lancaster.
