Donna Jean Summers

Donna Jean Summers, 68, of Quarryville, PA, passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2014, at Q.P.R.C.She was the wife of Paul J. Summers, Jr.They had celebrated 22 years of marriage.
Donna was a registered nurse, working much of her career at Eastbrook Family Health Center.
She loved her animals, and enjoyed reading, quilting, and gardening.Bethany Beach was a special place she enjoyed every summer.
Donna was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Quarryville.
She was born in West Chester, PA a daughter of Ellen Louise Carrigan Murphy, Quarryville, and the late Lester D. "Joe" Murphy.
In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by 3 children: Sherri wife of Brian Myer of Morris, PA, Brian and wife Annice Landis of Quarryville, Diane Landis of Quarryville, 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
The Funeral Service will be held at Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community, 625 Robert Fulton Highway, Quarryville, PA on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. with Pastor Blake Deibler officiating.The burial will be in Middle Octorara Presbyterian Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Q.P.R.C. on Tuesday from 9:00-10:00 AM.
