Dennis Edwin Hess

Dennis E. Hess, 76, of Peach Bottom PA, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday, April 26, 2019.His wife of 50 years, Betsy Jo Sinclair Hess passed away in 2014.
Dennis had worked at the former Hamilton Watch for 20 years before moving to Musser's Market managing the bake shop.He then owned and operated the Fulton Market with his wife Betsy.Dennis enjoyed harvesting wood, hunting deer, going to auctions, and local history.
Born in Lancaster PA, he was a son of the late Edwin and Dorothy Black Hess.
He is survived by 2 children, Susan Lancaster (Mark), Peach Bottom, Michael Hess (Robin), Drumore, 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.Friends are invited to attend a memorial service Saturday, May 4, 2019, 2:00 P.M. at Little Britain Presbyterian Church, 255 Little Britain Church Road, Peach Bottom, PA. with Pastor Thomas Milligan officiating. Private traditional burial will be in the Little Britain Presbyterian Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice and Community Care, Lancaster, or Helping Hands Fund, c/o Little Britain Presbyterian Church.
