David C. Minder, 65, of Quarryville, PA died peacefully on Thursday, April 6, 2017 after a long illness. He was the husband of Cora R. Carter Minder.He is survived by 4 children, 4 grandchildren; and a brother.David's life will be celebrated on Monday, April 10, 2017 at the Refton Fire Hall, 99 Church Street, Refton, PA at 6:00PM.
