David E. Kauffman
David E. Kauffman, 75, of Quarryville PA, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2016.He was the husband of Deloras Winters Kauffman.They had celebrated 55 years of marriage.
Born in Nottingham PA, a son of the late Horace and Irene Altland Kauffman.
David retired from the Buck Company, where he had been employed as a foundry foreman.He enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, and especially playing with his 2 granddaughters.He loved his family, his wife, 2 sons and daughters in law, and 2 granddaughters.He also enjoyed the many coworkers at the Buck Company.David was a "tinkerer", always fixing something.He will be dearly missed by his dogs.
He is survived by his wife Deloras, 2 sons, David Kauffman (Laura), Peach Bottom, Daniel Kauffman (Melissa), New Providence, 2 granddaughters; 11 siblings, Grace, Jean, Faye, Hazel, Shirley, Thomas, George, Raymond, Harry, Lewis, and Roy.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
