Dave C. Eldreth (77), a beloved member and artist of the Oxford community, passed away peacefully on July 24, 2023 at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center with his loving family by his side.

Dave was born in Columbia, SC to the late Carl and Hazel Eldreth and moved to Oxford, PA as a young child. He is survived by his wife Faye Eldreth to whom he was married for 47 years. He is also survived by his daughter Diana Eldreth Chute and her husband Whitney Chute, and daughter Dana Eldreth and her husband Josh Mah, and granddaughter Madison Eldreth Mah. He is also survived by his brother Steve Eldreth and his wife Nelda, and sister Gloria Masciantonio and her husband John.

Dave always lived life to the fullest with no regrets. His family was the most important aspect of his life, especially his granddaughter, Madison. Dave worked hard to create a pottery business and cared dearly for his employees. Dave never stopped creating his personal and unique journey through travel, passion for painting, and enjoying time with family and friends. His infectious laugh, a defining feature of his personality, will always be remembered and cherished.

A funeral service will take place at Wesley Church, 1104 Kirkwood Pike, Quarryville, PA 17566, on Saturday, July 29th at 11 am, with a visitation from 9:30 am until the time of service. Interment will be in the Oxford Cemetery.
