Daniel F. Chester

Daniel F. Chester, 61, of Pumping Station Road, Quarryville, Pa died at his residence on Sunday, June 7, 2020. He was the husband of Genna K. Garvin. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late William and Esther Starr Chester.

Daniel was a self-employed carpenter who had many interests. He enjoyed working on vehicles, going to public auctions, fishing, working in the yard, collecting antique tools, and his dog Murphy.

Surviving beside his wife Genna, are two daughters, Madison D. Garvin and Haley M. Garvin; siblings, Chris Chester, Sally Graybill, Anna Spencer, Tim Chester, and Debbie Logan. He was preceded in death by a brother Jack and a sister Esther.
