Dale K. Hicks

Dale K. Hicks, age 69, of Gap passed away at home on thursday, January 23, 2025. He was the husband of Jane M. Hicks for 38 years. Born in Richland, VA, he was the son of the late Sam and Willie Robins Hicks. Dale worked as a contractor. He enjoyed music, watching alien shows, and spending time with his family. Surviving besides his wife is a son Matthew husband of Sherri Hicks, 5 grandchildren: Samuel, Roger, Lillie, Jillian, Jackson, 5 siblings: Patricia, wife of Jimmy Compton, Rodney, husband of Sue Hicks, Jerry, husband of Debbie Hicks, Sharon Hicks, Neil, husband of Tammy Hicks and many nieces and nephews. Dale is preceded in death by a son, Dwayne Hicks and 2 sisters: Teressa Harris and Lisa Hicks.  Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
