Curtis S. Graybill, Sr., age 91, passed away at the Lancaster General Hospital on Wednesday, January 31, 2024.  He was the husband of the late Betty J. Miller Graybill, who passed away on October 8, 2021.  He was born in Paradise, son of the late David & Mary Zimmerman Graybill.   He was a member of Calvary Monument Bible Church of Paradise.  Curtis was employed by Warfel Construction for 30 years and during all those years he built houses and completed many projects on the side.  After leaving Warfel, he continued to build houses and worked for himself doing renovations.  He was a wood working craftsman, the last of his kind.  He enjoyed spending time with his late wife driving the countryside visiting old and new places.  In his later years, he enjoyed spending time with all three generations of grandchildren.  Surviving is a daughter Deb wife of Jeff Hicks of Lancaster, 3 grandchildren:  Michael husband of Tammy Good Graybill of Lancaster, Curtis husband of Lori Brubaker Graybill of Lampeter, Courtney wife of David Frazier of Wrightsville, 8 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a son Curtis S. Graybill, Jr.

Private services will take place at the convenience of the family with interment in Calvary Monument Cemetery.
