Born in Havre de Grave, MD he was the son of Gail E. Sexton Williams and the late Eugene E. Williams.

Surviving him beside his mother are 3 children, Angel Lena Williams, Brian E. Williams, Carrie Ann Williams; 3 grandchildren Aubrey Rose Deecki, Conner Scott Anderson Williams, Chayden Lee Anderson Williams; a sister Yvonne Keene; and his girlfriend Melody Lynn Decatur.
