Carver Owen Elmore, age 22 of Hickory, N.C. passed away on Friday, April 14, 2023. He was born in Hickory, son of Michael and Teresa Riker Elmore of Hickory, N.C. Carver enjoyed watching his bird feeder and television, following his dad down the VA Creeper Trail (except those two times…), vacationing with family and being an inspiration to everyone who met him. Surviving besides his parents are three siblings: Andreya Lane and fiancé Scott of Midvale, Ohio, I. Wesley Lloyd Jr. husband of Rachel Lloyd of Hickory, N.C. and Jordan Punch wife of Jordan Punch (not a typo) of Salt Lake City, Utah. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jackson Elmore. One niece, two nephews, and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins also remain to cherish his memory. His grandmother, Patricia Dawber of Lititz, and his Mom-z, Darlene Welsh of Lancaster also survive. The family would like to thank all the friends, caretakers and providers (to numerous to list), for the wonderful care that was given to Carver over the years.
