Carolyn Rae Hanna

Carolyn Rae Hanna, age 62 of New Providence, passed away on Monday, May 3, 2021.. She was the wife of John Hanna. Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of Elsie Rae Jordan and the late Henry Jordan, Jr. She was an Octorara High school graduate, class of 1976. Carolyn was a very loving and caring person. She loved her family and friends wholeheartedly. Besides her husband, she is survived by 5 children; Jeremy husband of Brooke Jordan of Atglen, John Hanna Jr. (Heather) of PA , Amanda Hanna of PA, Kenny Hanna of S.C. and Justin Hanna of PA, 10 grandchildren, 2 brothers; Ron husband of Sheryl Jordan of Gap, Jeff Jordan of Atglen, 2 sisters; Donna wife of Gene Oliver of Jefferson, S.C., Robin wife of Eric Schenk of Atglen and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son Scott Andrew Hanna and a brother Jamie Jordan. A graveside service will take place on Friday, May 7th at 2 p.m. at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Cemetery, 310 Pilottown Rd, Peach Bottom, PA 17563. Please observe CDC guidelines.
