Carl W. Stout

Carl W. Stout, age 65, of Oxford, PA, passed away at his home on Friday, December 24, 2021. He was the husband of Yvonne Valdez Stout of Chambersburg, PA. He was born in Banner Elk, Avery County, NC, son of Lillie Potter Stout with whom he resided and the late Jacob Stout and stepson of Leonard Twyman. In the past he worked for Tastykake. He enjoyed fishing, computers and quiet times sitting on the porch. He is also survived by 3 children: Bobbie Jo Swenson of Lancaster, Carl Jr. husband of Wendy Wayland Stout of Morgantown, PA, Billy Stout of West Virginia, 10 grandchildren, 4 siblings: Clyde Stout of MD, Clifford husband of Sharon Stout of Quarryville, Deborah Appel of Quarryville, Jeff husband of Lisa Stout of West Grove. He was preceded in death by a sister Cathey Yohey.

A private family service will take place at a later date.
