Bonnie L. Martin

Bonnie L. Martin, age 76, of Ephrata, formerly of Paradise, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at Lancaster General Hospital.  She was the wife of over 46 years of the late Jere Clifford Martin who died August of 2009.  Born in Lancaster County, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Caroline Gerlitzki Dorsey.  Bonnie loved going to church when she was physically able to, praying and studying her Bible.  She was a go-getter who tackled do-it-yourself projects and was very independent.  She enjoyed reading, gardening and yardwork.  She is survived by her 2 children: Tracy wife of the late Jeffrey L. Dormer of Lincoln DE, Jere S. Martin of Ephrata, 2 grandsons:  Jeffrey K. husband of Brandy Dormer of East Earl, Peter J. Martin of Elizabethtown, numerous great-grandchildren, and a brother, Dave Emmerich of Quarryville.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Lawrence F. Dorsey and by her god-parents who raised her, Derry and Mary Flack.
