Blanche R. Sliger

Blanche R. Sliger, age 77 of Paradise, passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2026 at the home of her sister Mary.  Born in Bart, she was the daughter of the late Roy E. Sr. and Ethel May Schueing Groff.  She worked in maintenance for Trojan Boats.  In her free time, Blanche loved bowling, horseback riding and going to Delaware Park Casino.  Surviving her are 3 sisters; Mary Emma Phipps of Paradise, Phianna Kanuha of Clearfield, PA, and Pauline, wife of Charles Hanna of Lancaster.  She was preceded by a sister, Sarah Groff and 6 brothers, Roy Jr., Frank, Bill, Harold, Kenny and Howard Groff.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
