Bertram D. Quigley

"David" Bertram D. Quigley, Jr., of Elverson, PA passed away Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community of Dementia at age 83. Born on May 11, 1935 in Clearfield, PA he was the son of the late Bertram D. and Flora Fletcher Quigley, Sr.
David graduated from the Philadelphia College of Art and worked as a Designer and Architect. A member of the Chester County Art Association, his paintings could be seen in many local exhibits over the years.
A loving and devoted husband, he shared 53 years of marriage with his wife Mary-Alice (Kellock) Quigley. She passed away in 2012.
Intelligent, kind and stubborn in equal measure, he was a talented, funny, hardworking, frugal, honest man, and a good Dad.David is survived by his four children, Andrew Quigley and wife Yolanda Dove, Matthew Quigley, Michelle Quigley of Great Barrington, MA, Dara Quigley-Wilkerson; and a granddaughter Bethany Wilkerson of Gulfport, FL.
A memorial service will be held at St. Andrew's Church, 7 St. Andrews Lane, Glenmoore, PA on Saturday, October 13, 2108 at 11:00AM with a reception to follow.
