B. Allen Bernstorf, age 94, of Strasburg, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital. He was the loving husband of Sandy Ressler Brotzman Bernstorf.  Born in Teaneck, NJ he was the son of the late Bernard and Dorothy Koster Bernstorf. Al was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Strasburg where he served as a trustee and on the outreach committee. He had been employed as a personnel administrator with various companies throughout his career. He was a Certified Administrative Manager and was a member of the Administrative Management Society, Philadelphia Chapter where he served as past president. He also belonged to the NJ Athletic Club and was a high school state champion in wrestling.  Al also served his community by being a member of the Strasburg Lion Club. Al graduated from Gettysburg College. He was a veteran, serving in the US Army. Surviving beside his wife Sandy are two sons, Paul (Linda) Bernstorf of Cockeysville, MD, B. Allen (Chris) Bernstorf of Waverly, VA; 3 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; two step children Teresa B. Ranson and Jeffrey W. (Cathy) Brotzman. Al was preceded in death by his first wife, Elizabeth "Betsy" Paul Bernstorf of 44 years.

A memorial service will be held at First Presbyterian Church of Strasburg, 101 South Decatur Street, Strasburg, PA on SATURDAY, JANUARY 3, 2026 at 11:00AM.
