Arlene A. Wettig

Arlene A. Wettig, known to most as "R", 63 of Pequea PA, was called home on March 9th, 2022.

Born April 13th, 1958 she was raised and loved by Mary E. And Edward C. Yellets "Nanny & Poppy"

R was known as a hard worker and a jack of all trades. She had her own ceramic business that started in her teen years. She also did monument foundation work, pet grooming and breeding, alpaca and farm work, and much more.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends fishing, camping, going on outings, and making crafts. She was very caring and would give the shirt off of her own back to anyone in need.

R spent her final days with her son Edward C. Wettig, his wife Kelly, they're children Nick, Delilah, Eris, and soon to be "JellyBean" of Paradise PA; her bestest friend Ms. Linda Topper & husband Dave of Pequea PA, and many friends and family.

She is one of many siblings. Bob & Jan Wettig, George & Sharon Wettig, Darlene & Frank Givens, Terry Duvall & Cindy Rohrer, John Harris, Jeff Harris, Mike Yellets, Linda Harrison, Cass k. Mitchell, and Jim James Summers.

She helped raise her niece Jolene Gochnauer, mother of Braeden, J.J., Chasey and Reese. She also had several nieces and nephews; Donna & Peggy, Amanda, Franklin, Eric & Andy, Marvin Jr and more. Great nieces and nephews Willian Jr, Mercedes & A'liana, Johnathan, Mileydiz & Peanut, Brody and much more. R was also honorary Mom and Grammy to several.

There will be a Celebration of Life held on April 23rd 2022, from 1pm to 8pm at Oakryn Hall, 569 Nottingham road, Nottingham, PA 19362.
