Arlene E. Trout

Arlene E. Trout, 89, of Quarryville, PA passed quietly and peacefully on Monday, April 3, 2017 at Hamilton Arms Center, Lancaster, PA.She and her husband Maris W. Trout would have celebrated 71 years of marriage on April 25, 2017. Born in Willow Street, she was the daughter of the late Harry W. and Edith McClune Mowrer.
Arlene was a member of Lancaster Seventh Day Adventist Church.
A homemaker, Arlene had previously worked for Tidy Products.
She enjoyed quilting, bird watching, gardening, and crossword puzzles.
Surviving beside her husband Maris are three sons, Steve (Ann) Trout of Quarryville, Brian (Peggy) Trout of Crossville, TN Michael A. Trout of Morgantown; 2 grandchildren, Marc Trout and Heather Younger; 8 great grandchildren; and a sister Lois Hess of Kirkwood.
Funeral services will be held at Reynolds Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., 144 East State Street, Quarryville, PA on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 2:00PM. Interment will follow in Georgetown United Methodist Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 1:00PM until the time of service.
