Anna M. Landis

Anna M. Landis, 94, formerly of Rockvale Road, Lancaster, PA died Friday, January 22, 2016 at Landis Homes, Lititz, PA. She was the daughter of the late Aaron L. and Ada Meck Landis and the step daughter of the late Anna Kreider Landis.
She was a member of Mellinger Mennonite Church, Lancaster where she had participated with the sewing circle.
Anna had a very strong work ethic and had been employed by the former Martin's Butcher Shop, stood at several local market stands, and lastly had been employed by Witmer's IGA in the deli department.
She thoroughly enjoyed her family and friends and is survived by 3 nephews, Carl E. Hoover, Robert L. Hoover, Walter Bowman; a niece Arlene Woods; and extended families.
The family would like to thank both the staff at Landis Homes and Hospice & Community Care for the support and comfort extended to Anna.
Funeral services will be held at Landis Home, East Bethany Chapel, 1001 East Oregon Road, Lititz, PA on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 2:00PM. Interment will follow in Mellinger Mennonite Cemetery.
