Amos S. Stoltzfus, age 80, of 230 Old Wilmington Road, Coatesville, passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2025.  He was the husband of Lydia Esh Stoltzfus.  Born in Bird-in-Hand, he was the son of the late Eli S. and Emma Stoltzfus Stoltzfus.  Amos was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.  In addition to his wife, he is survived by 9 children: David husband of Ruth Fisher Stoltzfus of Parkesburg, Rhoda wife of Brent Stoltzfus of NY, Mark husband of Trina Lapp Stoltzfus of MT, Jesse husband of Michelle Esh Stoltzfus of Intercourse, Eli husband of Priscilla King Stoltzfus, Anna Mae wife of Jacob Ray Riehl, both of Coatesville, Wilmer husband of Starlit Lorenzen Stoltzfus of TN, Eldon husband of Lydia Jane Riehl Stoltzfus of Ronks, Mahlon husband of Kathryn Walters Stoltzfus of TN, 36 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and 5 siblings: Daniel S. husband of Emma King Stoltzfus of Intercourse, Eli S. husband of Rachel Glick Stoltzfus of Lancaster and the late Mary Riehl Stoltzfus, Annie Fisher of NY, Jacob S. husband of Lydia Lapp Stoltzfus of Ronks, David S. husband of Lena Esh Stoltzfus of Intercourse.  He was preceded in death by 2 siblings: Sadie S. King and Samuel S. late husband of Annie Stoltzfus Stoltzfus of Intercourse. Funeral service will take place at the home of Sylvan Stoltzfus, 6039 Wanner Road, Narvon on Saturday, January 25, at 11 a.m. with interment in the Red Hill Amish Cemetery.  There will be viewings on Thursday and Friday from 4p.m. to 7:30p.m. at Spring Garden Amish Mennonite Church, 5157 Old Philadelphia Pike, Kinzers. shiveryfuneralhome.com
