Ammon K. King

Ammon K. King, age 93, formerly of Christiana, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at the home of his son Christian, 3418 Limestone Road, Cochranville.  He was the husband of the late Sarah F. King who passed away on March 9, 2018.  Born in Kinzers, he was the son of the late John and Elsie King King.  Ammon was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.  Surviving are 7 children; Elsie L., wife of John L. Stoltzfus of Atglen, Naomi H., wife of Abram S. Stoltzfus of Black River, WI, Annie K., wife of Levi K. Fisher, Christian H., husband of Hannah G. Beiler King, both of Cochranville, Mary H., wife of David G. King, Benuel H., husband of Rachel Smoker King, and Sadie H., wife of Benjamin F. Stoltzfus, all of Rockville, IN, 79 grandchildren, and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a daughter; Katie H., late wife of Elam S. Stoltzfus of Kinzers, 5 grandchildren and 3 siblings.

Funeral service will take place at the home of Ben and Sarah Stoltzfus, the former home of Ammon, 391 Christiana Pike, Christiana, on Tuesday, January 16th at 9 a.m. Interment will be in the Bart Amish Cemetery.  Friends may call at the service address, from the time of this notice until the time of service.
