Albert C. "Al" Weyandt

Albert C. "Al" Weyandt, age 79, of Pequea, passed away on Tuesday, November 21 at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Hospital.  He was the husband of Ruth Farmer Weyandt, celebrating 30 years of marriage August 19 of this year.  Born in Altoona, he was the son of Oliver and Goldie Weyandt.  Al served in the Army Reserves.  He enjoyed working on and driving old cars, hot rods, Harleys, and big trucks.  In addition to his wife, he is survived by 4 daughters: Janenise, Pam, Julie and Elaine, 7 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and 3 siblings: Peggy, Mary Lou, and Robby.  He was preceded in death by a brother.

Services will be private with traditional burial in the Middle Octorara Presbyterian Cemetery.
