In Loving Memory of Adam S. Akinin

February 3, 1996 – May 10, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden and tragic passing of Adam S. Akinin, age 29, a beloved son, brother, uncle, friend, and dedicated Porsche technician. He is leaving behind a legacy of passion, kindness, and craftsmanship.

Born on February 3, 1996 in Lancaster, PA, Adam developed a love for cars at an early age. His fascination with engines and precision engineering led him to a career with Porsche, where he quickly became known for his skill, dedication, and attention to detail. He took immense pride in his work, treating every car as a masterpiece and every customer with care and respect.

Beyond the garage, Adam was an adventurous spirit who loved to travel and be the grill master. He had a cheeky grin, a generous heart, and a deep loyalty to those he loved. Whether it was a late-night ride, a motorsports event, or simply lending a helping hand, Adam made you feel seen and heard.

He is survived by his parents, Sergey and Elena, his three brothers, four sisters, 22 nieces & nephews, and a wide circle of friends, colleagues, and clients who will miss him deeply. Though his time with us was far too short, the impact he made will never be forgotten. In honor of his motorsports passion, those attending are encouraged to wear something automotive-inspired or casual attire.

Gone too soon, but never forgotten — we'll see you down the road, Adam.

A funeral service will take place from Ephrata Community Church, 70 Clay School Rd. Ephrata, PA 17522 on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 10 a.m. with a viewing from 9 a.m. until the time of service. Pastor Kevin Eshelman will be officiating. There will also be a viewing time on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. Interment will be in Petra Memorial Park.
