Alexis Grace Giunta, born 11 years ago with I-Cell Disease, was freed from all her limitations on Monday, November 12th when she danced into the arms of Jesus. Born in Jennersville, she was deeply loved by her parents Jon and Lauren Kuert Giunta of Strasburg. She attended Freedom Life Christian Center with her family. Alexis enjoyed going to Disney World with her family, coloring, and music, especially worship music. She would open her mouth to sing along and although those around her could not hear any sound, Jesus heard and enjoyed every note. In addition to her parents, Alexis will be missed by her sisters: Julianna Whitney, Taylor Faith, Ryleigh Anne, all at home, grandparents Paul and Lisa Kelly Kuert, and great-grandparents Albert and Gayle Ward Kelly. There will be a viewing on Saturday, November 17, at 1 p.m. with the funeral service to follow at 2 p.m. at the Freedom Life Christian Center, 477 Noble Road, Atglen. Pastor Sam Masteller will be officiating. Interment will be in the Paradise cemetery at 4:30. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Yash Gandhi Foundation (ygf4icell.org) 105 Spur Lane, West Chester, PA 19382.
